The main hall is an amazing space for larger children’s birthday parties.
You can hire the Ware Drill Hall Saturdays and Sundays for your child’s birthday party. It’s a huge space available in 3 hour slots and we provide tables, chairs plus children’s tables and chairs and access to the kitchen. Parties can be booked 10.30 till 1.30pm and 2pm till 5pm subject to availability.

Our main hall is 489sqm and can be hired as an empty space for sports competitions with a maximum capacity of 400 people. We can offer exclusive use and use of the PA System and staging if required. Our floor is a multi purpose sports floor and great for badminton and contact sports. Please note we do not permit “hard ball sports” due to the lighting and PA equipment.
We regularly host shopping and craft fairs at the Ware Drill Hall. The main hall can accommodate approx 50 stalls and is in the ideal town centre location to attract lots of shoppers. We regularly hold a hugely popular Vintage Fair twice a year and Dickensian Evening, both busy, well established and successful community events. Tables can be provided with a kitchen included for refreshments etc.
